Designer / specifier

Clear technical data and verifiable documentation

A robust specification requires measurable product data, precise references to relevant standards and documents that can be attached to the project.

A specification either survives review or it does not, and what decides that is whether the numbers are traceable.

Every family we make has a published product data sheet with the properties, the standards and the certificate reference numbers. Where the project needs the certificate itself, we release it on request rather than publishing an uncontrolled archive.

What matters to you

  • A specification has to name a measurable property, not an adjective.
  • Fall height, fire class and material composition all have to be traceable to a document.
  • Approval bodies ask for the reference number, not the brochure.
  • If the data is not on a datasheet, it does not exist.

How ReFlex can help

Published performance data

Critical fall height, thickness, density, surface hardness, raw material and reaction to fire class are on the product data sheet for every family.

Standards named, numbers given

EN 1176-1, EN 1177 and EN 13501-1:2019 where they apply, with the certificate reference number printed alongside.

Material composition stated plainly

SBR granulate bound with polyurethane; granulate sourced from recycled tyres. EPDM wear layer where the version carries one.

Controlled document release

Product data sheets are public. Certificates and detailed test reports are released on request, so the version you receive is the current one.

How the cooperation works

  1. Application review

We start from the use, the exposure and the performance you have to hit.

  2. Product and thickness proposal

A named family and thickness, with the data that supports it.

  3. Document pack

Product data sheets, plus the certificates the project requires.

  4. Specification support

If the wording of the specification matters, we will check it against what we can actually document.

Documentation and technical support

  • Certified by ÉMI-TÜV SÜD Ltd., with certificate numbers on the product data sheets.
  • REACH Annex XVII compliance stated for all families.
  • Manufactured in a facility operating an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
