Equestrian

Stable floors, box walls, corridors and loading areas — surfaces built for animal comfort, grip and heavy daily use.

Rubber floor covering in a horse box

Stables are a hard environment for a floor: constant weight, moisture, manure and regular cleaning. Concrete is durable but hard and slippery, and bedding alone does not fix that.

EquiFlex was developed for animal housing and agricultural buildings — boxes, walking corridors, loading areas and horse walkers — where grip, comfort and durability all have to hold at once.

Key considerations

Grip where the animal moves

EquiFlex stable floor is available with studs (ST5, ST10) or without. The studded version is specified where grip is the priority.

Built for load

EquiFlex is produced at 840–960 kg/m³ and 50–70 Shore A. The 4 cm version without studs is the one used in horse walkers.

Drainage and cleaning

The porous structure and the underside channels let liquids drain and the surface dry. Clean with mild detergent and water — avoid solvents and strong acids or alkalis.

Walls as well as floors

EquiFlex Wall is a 2 cm panel for box walls, so the box is finished with one material family.
