ReFlex GYM rubber rolls

125 × 500 cm rolls in 6, 8 and 10 mm

A durable, slip-resistant surface for gyms and under sports equipment, covering large even areas quickly and with fewer joints than tiles.

Seamless rubber floor in a cardio area with treadmills

On large, continuous and level areas, roll flooring can be installed with fewer joints than a tile system covering the same space.

The trade-off is handling. A roll is heavy and needs a flat substrate. Where either condition fails, tiles are the better specification.

Key benefits

Fewer joints over a large area

A 125 × 500 cm roll covers 6.25 m². On an even floor that means faster laying and a more continuous surface.

High density

Manufactured at 1050 kg/m³ and 55–65 Shore A — dense enough to protect the subfloor under equipment.

Three thicknesses

6, 8 and 10 mm. Thickness follows how much protection and damping the area needs.

Black or black-red

Plain black, or black with red fleck where the floor should read as a training surface.

How to choose the right version

Rolls need a flat subfloor

A roll follows the substrate. Where the floor is uneven, tiles are more forgiving.

Rolls are heavy to handle

A 10 mm roll weighs 65.63 kg. Plan the handling on site, or use tiles where access is difficult.

Where weights are dropped, look at tiles

For free weight zones with real impact loads, the thicker Gym Pro or Gym Pro+ tiles are the right specification.

Installation and maintenance

  • Lay on a clean, level, dry subfloor.
  • Let the roll relax flat before fixing or trimming.
  • Butt joints tightly; trim edges against walls and fixed equipment.
  • Clean with mild detergent and water; avoid solvents and strong acids or alkalis.

General information

Chemical resistance

Rubber tiles may resist weak acids, alkalis and mineral oils, but performance also depends on concentration and exposure time. For strong chemicals or prolonged oil exposure, a compatibility test or technical consultation is recommended before use.

Recycled raw material

The SBR rubber granulate is sourced from recycled tyres. The exact material composition is stated in the relevant product data sheet.

Cleaning

Clean the surface with water and a mild detergent using a soft brush, cloth or sponge. Solvents, abrasive cleaners and strong acids or alkalis are not recommended.
