Contractor / installer

Specify it once, install it once, hand it over clean

A successful installation depends on clear product selection, accessible technical support, predictable delivery and organised handover documentation.

Installers get judged on the handover, not on the order. If the surface is the wrong thickness or the certificate is missing, it is your problem, not the factory’s.

So we work the other way round: the technical question gets settled before the quote, and the documents exist before you need them.

What matters to you

  • The fall height on the drawing does not match what is actually on site.
  • A late pallet costs you a crew day, not just a delivery charge.
  • The client asks for the certificate at handover, not before.
  • Substrate and drainage decisions get made on site, under time pressure.

How ReFlex can help

Thickness matched to fall height

Playzone runs 3 to 8 cm, covering 1 m to 2.2 m critical fall height. Tell us the equipment height and we will tell you the tile.

Technical answers before you commit

Subfloor, drainage, edge detail, ramp elements — ask before the quote goes out rather than during the install.

Documents ready for handover

Product data sheets are public and downloadable. Certificates and test reports are released on request for the relevant family.

Pallet quantities that match the job

Pallet configuration and unit counts are on every product data sheet, so you can plan the deliveries against the programme.

How the cooperation works

  1. Project brief

Area, equipment height, subfloor, drainage and timing.

  2. Product proposal

We name the family, the thickness and the quantity, with the data behind it.

  3. Quote and schedule

Priced against the real quantity, with a delivery window we can hold.

  4. Documents at handover

Product data sheets, and the certificates the client is entitled to see.
