ReFlex flexible rubber tiles do an excellent service in many areas of trade and industry. The spine and joints of the workers are under a great deal of load when they do 8 or 12-hour shifts at the conveyors or with some other static work. This load leads to fatigue, which, in turn, can lead to a decrease in performance and an increase in errors. The elastic and non-slip ReFlex rubber paving provides a safe, easy to clean surface, which reduces the stress placed on the spine and on the joints by means of its elasticity, leading to a better general state of health and an improved productivity of the staff.
Electrostatic compliance
The ReFlex rubber tiles are also available in an anti-static version with a 34 Ohm resistor, making it be safely usable with manufacturing processes which are sensitive to electronic charge.
Interoperability
The ReFlex rubber pavement can be used even if the entire floor is not covered with it, but only the area of workstations or floor sections next to a conveyor belt. If carts or trucks are required for transportation in that area, appropriate ramp elements can ensure the safety of entering and exiting the areas covered with rubber flooring.
ReFlex rubber paving in comparison to the classic industrial grid floors:
Grid floors | ReFlex anti-fatigue pavement |
---|---|
Hard, cold | Solid, flexible |
The grid structure is pressed against the feet | The smooth, soft surface is comfortable for the feet |
It does not reduce the load on the spine and joints | Thanks to its flexibility, it reduces the load on the spine and joints |
Moderate heat insulation | Good degree of heat insulation |
Cleaning is only possible if raised | Easy to clean |
